Pros
It's a soft gel so they're easy to *. I have also taken other magnesium supplements over the years that messed with my stomach. The 200 mg capsule is a little large to * easly.
Cons
It does state gluten free but doesn’t have anything about being certified lactose or dairy free. It has a horrendous smell. I am leaving this one to help others not choke.
