Update after 3 weeks on this juice and teas suggested by breuss i developed severe edema and ended up in er diagnosed with extreme malnutrition with albumin and protein well below bare minimum which caused grade 4 pitting edema all over the juice should contain warning for anyone choosing to live on it for more than a week
