I have used a few preworkout supplements before including shred her and another no2 supplement and they usually give me some kind of gitters or tingling feeling as a side effect but purigami did not do that at all

Compared to other preworkout with much higher caffeine it does not give you the punchintheface kick but it also does not give you the spiderscrawlingontheface reaction either
