Pros
Got the spray to keep mice out of garage / camper. It keeps them away from chewing things. Have to spray bi weekly for spiders and mice.
Smell is pleasant but not overpowering. Even then t is a pleasent peppermint smell.
Make sure to open windows. It works awesome. This seems to work fairly well.
Cons
It seems like it attracted them instead of repel them. Have good mint scent but not servicing purpose. Definitely gives off the smell of peppermint.

I used the product in my living room and dinning room to help catch a mouse and 2 hours after spraying and using glue traps he was caught
This is the first time i have used the product

I also might add that the price is also great
