Pros

The combination of oil with the yeast creates an incredibly pleasant cheesy taste that i just love! Another variation i enjoy is including this pairing over some steamed broccoli or asparagus and topped with sliced tomatoes, onions and/or mushrooms.

Non-fortified nutritional yeast (nooch) has the best tasting flavor. Use a tablespoon daily to get b1 and other nutrients.

It's one of my daily staples. It makes your hair and nails strong.

Cons

This is very very scary and scammy. Quality appears to have lessened. Stop purchasing this product from here.

Tastes like bland dried powdered white bread, that was sitting next to cheese. Smell is almost like rotten milk. Weird rusty taste.
