    The rooms are quite small and smelly (they smell humid) the ac, tv and phone all had problems, even the elevator had problems.

    We tried playing cartoons for our kid and the tv was pixelated for about 15 minutes, it was impossible for him to watch any, this problem happened more than once and when they came to “fix” it we were told it was satellite problems, even though we know it wasn’t the problem.

    The phone every time we had to make a call or someone called we have to move the cord around so we could hear, some times we even had to use the speaker phone in order for us to be able to hear.

    We called guest services and they came to fix it, but the problem here is that this hotel being a 5 star hotel should prevent all this things from happening.

    Customer service at the hotel is not even compared to the hyatt standards.

    When we moved to the club tower we didn’t like the room and were not very happy with the customer service at the hotel so we requested to be moved to the grand hyatt and they would not allowed us to make the change.

    I even called hyatt directly and was told that management at the hotel would not let them do the transfer and that they could not overwrite their decision.

    So they did send it this time but not after us having to call 3 times again before it arrived.
