It just doesnt work well for a drink mix and has a very specific flavor that doesnt make it versatile to make things with it
First time i took it i felt focus and energy levels go up all day long at work i mix this with milk kefir and make smoothies
Though it did add a good flavor to some of my smoothies and a little bit of a spice
