The tablets are huge but they don't get stuck in ur * and u don't burp * all day. Have used this vitamin supplement for years. They are easy to digest, and do not repeat on you.

This package was received damaged the bottle cap was broken although the glass did not appear to be broken the outside bag had been opened and reclosed
