Theracurmin was recommended to me by a podiatrist for arthritis. I take this for arthritis pain and it makes a huge difference in my pain and inflammation. I use it for my migraines mostly it also helps relieve some joint pain.

Cons

The product claims to have high absorption. It has zero effect on legitimate, measurable inflammation. It doesn't help people with real, diagnosed autoimmune disease.

I also take curqfen a product put out by swanson vitamins it also has curcumin that is highly bioavailable
