Pros

The are very good and a diuretic to help lower your blood pressure. For me, taking 1 capsule 3 times a day works.

I have severe arthritis of my right foot, have had 4 cortisone shots the last one didn't work. I take this because, along with tart cherry juice, it's suppose to reduce uric acid in the blood that can cause gout. Not had a gout attack since.

It is very beneficial. Will review after his insight. Only thing about holistic path is it can take a while to get fully resolved.

I have to presume it works for me. I am happy to report that this gives me zero trouble. This works really well and is delivered so quickly!
