Pros
When used correctly and regularly, it does exactly what what it is supposed to do. It fulfills its purpose. The string makes it convenient.
Cons
The pores are much smaller than advertised. Nearly ineffective. Even with a slight touch it hurts to use.

Of course pores of the rock get filled with dead skin but the care instructions and email explain exactly how to care best for the product
It does shed a little bit but i kinda expected that with the material it is

I’ve used scrappers and files and nothing seemed to work those were very hard on my skin
