This book contains almost about all you need to know about giving birth naturally. This is a great informative read. My first child ended up being an emergency c-sec after being in labor for 36 hours and pushing for 4 hrs.

The pictures and the relaxation/breathing exercises are the only things worth getting this book for, so better look for a super discounted price. I want to start this review with a this review is not about the bradley method of childbirth.
Mccutcheon comes off as a spittle-flecked madwoman. Why she devoted so much of her time in the book bashing lamaze is beyond me. Lamaze childbirth is nothing like what she describes.
