I'm a caffeine addict so honestly, I didn't expect much from these. Still, sometimes I need a quicker and easier delivery system than sipping coffee. These are perfect. It's supposed to be about two cups of coffee worth of caffeine. Personally, I think it's closer to one of mine, but I also brew a big cup and brew it dark. Anyway, the first time I tried these pills, I had an early morning at work after being up late working on a paper for school. I was exhausted and felt ready to pass out on my desk. I took one of these along with my morning coffee. I actually felt it, and was able to function some what normally and even had a little energy to spare thanks to the additional caffeine boost. I then took another around lunch time to help me make it the rest of the day. After that day, it seems like these don't affect me quite as much as they did the first time. Still, they do prevent me from dragging as I typically would after a late night. As a test, I had a coworker try them as well, since she wasn't quite as big of a caffeine addict as me (although she does have one cup of coffee every morning). She said she didn't have any issues with feeling jittery or anything (neither did I). She didn't get a ton of energy either, but it was helping her stay a little more alert after a late night of her own. The pills themselves are typical capsules and the 'flavoring' insures there is no nasty aftertaste. I received these for review purposes. I would recommend them as a quick and easy way to get your caffeine, or get more of it.  Read Less
