Pros
No flavour or after taste, large capsule but easy to *. Works effectively for me and so far i have not gotten used to the dosage, the same amount does the job. No side effects whatsoever. Best pill i've ever taken.
Htp helps me get off to sleep. Highly recommend to anyone with poor sleep habits. Makes my wife feel far more relaxed. I just have an extra strong coffee to wake up.
Cons
Only one but one massive side affect, my depression appears to flared. I’ve found gaba (available on ebay) to be far more effective, it has a subtle relaxing effect rather than feeling like your chemical levels are being messed with. No effect for 2 n... Read More
