Pros

The weight stays on now. I've been diagnosed pre-diabetic and with gerd. This is important as one child has sensory processing issues. I have a medical condition called dysphagia that started in april.

This stuff is deelish! It has a good vanilla flavor and does not leave that after taste after taking the first sip. Can use this with oat milk instead of cow's milk.

My thighs are thicker, my bum is more shapely and overall i’m happy with my more womanly figure.
