I chose this product because of the non gmo soy and there is no sugar added but i didnt pay attention to the sodium level
Ive made my shake with 8oz of almond milk and only two scoops 15g of soy powder and it was very salted
I tried making a pudding with it adding extra cocoa powder and that was not too bad
Too bad makers of soy protein products act as if they are out to sabotage their product to make it unattractive to consumers
