The natrol water pill seems to be working on preventing bloating after two days of use. I retain water due to high stress levels and this definitely made a difference in the amount of swelling in my lower legs and ankles. The swelling is down and the ... Read More

Be cautious about taking this supplement and going into the sun. It is common for a diuretic to cause sun sensitivity and cause an inflammatory reaction. Did not see a difference in output. Taste is pretty bad.
