Pros

Recommend for anyone dealing with sleepless nights. I am not a morning person so i drink caffeine in the morning till about noon and then have a hard time falling asleep at night because i still have the caffeine in my system.

Cons

These are an orangish color and smell and taste funny. The second bottle smells like mold. It's a very strong odor. I wonder if the company had a bunch of outdated ones and put them in new bottles or something.

The gummies are supposed to be red and strawberry flavor. Took a second still wide awake 3 hrs later. You might as well heat up a cup of milk -which works faster.
