These are great for those needing arch support while going barefoot. The pad fits perfectly in the arch of your foot and provides all day comfort and support. I have an avulsion fracture in my foot, with two repaired fractures.
These things are a lifesaver. These honestly make a huge difference. Am very pleased with my purchase.
The strap is soft, flexible and easily forgettable while wearing. I love the velcro because unlike other arch supports i've purchased in the past the elastic getsworn and stretched out and they loosen up. I like to fact that they are roomy.

Not only do i have bunions forming on each foot but i also suffer from fibromyalgia and the bottoms of my feet are quite sore day to day
