The jar being sold here looks the same but is 8. The scoop is smaller with only 10 g of collagen per serving. This batch, not so much. It is not because the collagen powder settled in the container.

The cost of returning a 20lb box is outrageous & i hate throwing good money after bad. They advertise a 30-day money back guarantee, but i still have to pay for return shipping (which isn't cheap these days!

Quality
I obtained my collagen, im so happy with the results about eliminating painful joints.
After trying so many supplements that didn't work, i am so happy to have found this product.
Price
Price is a little high but the product is great!
Packaging/appearance
Since there is no flavor, i just eat it off of the spoon.
I will say, however, that the closure on the packaging is terrible.
Not blaming the seller, just an annoyance - seems like a decent product although, as others have mentioned, the packaging is junk.

I should have done more research as this collagen is type 1 and type 3 and i have since learned type 2 is recommended for joint and cartilage.

The bag doesn't seal so you need to get another vessel to store the powder in.

Very disappointed to pay so much money and literally get a jar and when you open it it is literally half full for the amount of money i think that's pretty pathetic.
