Its sweetened with glucose and sugar and it has 3 g of sugar per gummy which means you get 6 grams for one serving 2 gummies which makes this a pretty sugary supplement

It does seem to be somewhat effective no miracle results but it does seem to be enough ashwaghanda in each serving to be felt
