Pros
There is no more slamming when the door closes. Push screen door to open position and activate hold knob.
Sturdy construction is something of note of this item. Would recommend it. It works fantastic!

Product lasts 2-3 months. Marginal life span. Worked fine for less than a year.
The touch n hold feature is slick, but this is a door closer, and it does a poor job of closing the door. It keeps getting stuck and does what it says, keeps your door on hold but you can't close it! The website even has a so called answer to when it ... Read More
When you open the door, and then release it, the door closes at full speed. There is absolutely no resistance before the door hits the door frame. Adjustment on this closer is miserable and will not hold a setting.

The latch to hold your door open is difficult to make sure it is working have to kick it two or three time to insure it caught needs improvement tq

The last closer i had from another manufacturer was leaking oil
