Pros

It is made well, sturdy, does install left or right and is easy to install. Not the smoothest lock but overall an ok product.

Easy open and close. Easy to install. Installation a bit tricky. Ez to install and works well.

Mount the latch over the hole so that the bottom of the hole is centered on thebottom of the cutout. The hardware has a screw and washer for thin doors.

Cons

This gate latch/handle is worthless. Horrible instructions. Really a pain to install correctly. Thumb latch falls out, making it difficult to open, especially for guests who aren't familiar with it.
