Pros & Cons

The AI used to provide these results are constantly improving. These results might change.

Pros

It's compact, very sturdy (due to the weight) and well built. Has 2 spirit levels that make leveling easy. It folds up smaller than i expected, taking up minimal storage space.

Cons

The tripod is very flimsy and very poorly made. It cannot hold even the lightest of devices steady. After 9 months of light use… it turns out the legs are only glued in.

Quality

Im happy with the purchase for the price i paid uk£39

Im really satisfied with the product and it arrived perfectly packed

I guess im spoilt by my manfrotto with the more rigid construction then again it weighs a ton

Even with the central post extended fully upwards there is remarkably little movement

Price

Since then ive taken it to the top of mountains and its been worth every penny of the hugely discounted price i bought it for

My suspicion is that the low price was because one of the nine legsection locks is yellow and i think it should have been place...  Read More

The other reason for the low price is that the ball head is a cheap version with only one tightening screw for the ball not one for panning

I was a little hesitant thinking about quality vs price

Packaging/appearance

Handy little tripod i got it for a small projector and it fits well i do have an issue either the amount of packaging tho

Way too much packaging and had to collect the parcel as it was too big for the parcel motel

Competitiveness

It seems to be made by the same company behind the manfrotto brand and seems to be very well designed and made

It is high enough for me to use at eye level 5 feet 9 and i find it sturdy enough for a nikon z6 with lens

Packs down very small and is at least as well built as a much more expensive manfrotto carbon tripod i also own

I worked my list down to the choice between this one and a manfrotto one which was about £20 more expensive
