Pros

It fit perfectly in the existing mounting hole. Slightly bent indicator arm during shipping, but easily fixable. Was easy to replace the broken one on my outdoor clock/thermostat.

The thermometer has a range dial so that it can be tuned to the correct temperature. It's as accurate as a decorative item should be. Accuracy isn't as good as i had hoped, but i'm assuming it has to do with the width of my thermometer.

Cons

It's somewhat inaccurate due to scale mismatch between the mosaic and thermo. The movement part is very flimsy and doesn't hold up to snow.
