Pros

The stool is beautiful and pretty sturdy. The stools are 27 inch height now, that is perfect. Love the look of these stools.

They are decent for the price. They are comfortable and sturdy enough for the average person. Fairly priced as well.

No blemishes or damages. Sturdy upon assembly. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully when assembling.

Customer service is amazing. Will definitely be purchasing more items from this company. This is rare under any circumstances but particularly (in my experience) with amazon vendors.

Cons

Don't count on nathan james for to honor lifetime warranty. Total trash.

The design and colors of the chairs are beautiful but they don't fit! Legs are not sturdy due to bad cutout. They frequently get wobbly and need to be tightened. Do not buy these stools.
