Pros
Very sturdy, nice padded seat. They hold up well and are sturdy. I highly recommend this product to everyone, it is sturdy, comfortable and priced right!
The gray is more like a taupe but i like! These are very nice. I like that they fit neatly under a 15” overhang. These are just the right height for my counter.
The experience epitomizes how customer service is at a high level. If there is any issues, it is quickly resolved. We were immediately shipped another stool.
Cons
The product is junk. Terrible customer service from amazon. They sent me garbage, i pay for it, and i have to wait 30 days after they receive it to get my money back.
It requires weekly tightening of the screws, which is a royal pain. Legs are not sturdy due to bad cutout. The stool is wobbly, screws loosen and have to be tightened everyday.

They were relatively easy to assemble and are well built
We have had the 24” stools for over two years and they’re still in excellent condition
The cushion on the seat had a curve in it where it seemed like a chunk of padding was missing underneath the fabric
The wood of the seat felt like cheap light balsa wood
Price
Definitely would recommend and the price is great
I would suggest sending a coupon for further purchases which would be a winwin and not cost nathans expenses of that nature
I was hesitant to purchase these stools because they weren’t very expensive but i’m so glad i did
If your looking for inexpensive stools do yourself a favor and order these you won’t be disappointed

I contacted customer service and was helped quickly professionally and very kindly by holly
We were immediately shipped another stool follow up from nathans throughout and now are all set with very nice stools
They even followed up with a gift of chocolate shipped to my home please dont spend that kind of shipping
Even told me to keep or donate the ones i had been shipped no need to pack up and return
Packaging/appearance
Looks great in my small kitchen area
We purchased 3 and 2 arrived in perfect condition
To top it off i even received a thank you card with a small box of chocolates saying sorry for inconvenience
Even though there was a problem with packaging with the company they were quick to respond and fix the problem
Competitiveness
We looked at similar stools at furniture stores but this was far superior in quality to any of them which were also much more expensive

Very easy to assemble but the screws do not fit in well and you really have to use different tools to put the stool together and the screws that attach the legs to the seat maneuver very easily however the other screws that have to put in to assemble

I ordered them as a hold over until i found bar stools with a back that were going to have a lengthy delivery time
