It works for a some flotation for sure makes easier swimming and is not as uncomfortable as the life vest said that i would recommend it for people who are comfortable in deep water and need just a little backup to swim even if you can’t stay afloat it will help you to do it without effort floating in your back

This has happened on both of the nash belts i had but they were put to lots of use before they tore

It would be better if the straps fed through the belt somehow to avoid the little squares from ripping off
