Pros
The strap is well made, great padding, very comfy, and so easy to adjust the length.
Cons
The advantage it has over the leather strap is non-existent. Most straps even on high quality bags and cases skimp out on the hooks, and they often bend/break. Very little-to-no part of the padding is actually on my shoulder.
