To a well versed cook this book would be amazing to a beginner like myself i had to struggle to prepare some of the dishes but in the end it was worth it to enjoy some authentic ramen i felt like naruto for the 10 minutes i was eating after preparing the simpler of the dishes in herethe book looks very good as well this is a prettylooking book but i was expecting something more usable
