Pros & Cons
Pros
These are my first pedals with strap, so not sure if these quibbles are par for the course for these kinds of pedals. The pedals seem very durable, i'm not sure how long the straps will last.
Fairly light, well made fit perfectly on my giant contend. I see that others complained about quality, and one recommended a different brand. Very impressed with the overall quality.
I am disabled and need extra stability for my feet on my stationary bike pedals. These are easy to get in and out of, even for my larger feet! Easy to place my foot and stays there. And easy to disengage.
Cons
It's dangerous in that your foot is in the cage and the pedal spinning around drags it around awkwardly. Cheaply manufacted pedal.
Highlights
Quality
Simple to install and like the fact that the pedal platforms are metal
I only have used them once but my feet felt secure with the ability to pull them out when stopping
Either from this or from riding or both they loosened up and rotate very freely now
These were too big to screw onto my existing arms

I agree with some reviews that the rotation feels stiff so i put a few drops of penetrating oil into the bearings
