However the weird thing is that the straps seem to be escaping the pins on the top suction cup this 4th or 5th time of me reputting it up and this morning i heard a loud plop as my sleeping cat fell off

The top perch has a hole in it and if one is lounging up there somehow they lounge around or over the hole it doesn’t seem to be a dealbreaker for them
