Pros & Cons

Pros

Rice protein is a great, clean, single ingredient, vegan protein. My only qualm is that these vegan protein products are way overpriced.

It is simple to prepare and very palatable without added sweetener/flavour. Neutral flavor that easily can be combined with fruit, vanilla extract, cinnamon, etc.

There are no added sweeteners and fillers which i think is a bonus. I add it to chocolate milk or mango juice and it is great. It makes a delicious shake that's quite healthy and easy to have whether it's gym related or just a snack.

Cons

The rice powder is seriously disgusting. It is very grainy and has a bitter taste. The pea protein is much better. Water, coconut milk, etc, just a really grainy texture left in your mouth.

This is incredibly deceiving and disappointing. Shame on such poor choice of packaging misleading people. The worst thing is that i purchased a 5lb container!
