I have since woken up, and base my workout and health routines off of the most ground breaking science available - for anyone interested in vegan bodybuilding or gym gains you should check out the information now available - harvard is actually leading the charge in promoting a plant-based lifestyle for overall health and they consistently post information about scientific findings pertaining to health and our culture, they're one of the only independent researchers looking into vegan lifestyle science, and they are one of the only organizations not influenced by big food lobbying (money paid - usually to government officials - to push certain business or industry agendas) and have openly condemned the information that is widely taught to the public and even our doctors about nutrition.
