Pros
The texture is smooth if you blend well. It takes on the flavour of whatever you mix it with. No additives or chemicals. I am very sensitive to chemical additives as i have ra.
Cons
There's always specs of powder that didn't mix properly, leaving a very chalky and dry sensation in the mouth. And it's not even possible to try and * down the foam and liquid that's left.

I was surprised that it very quickly changed into a paste or puddinglike consistency and the lumps quickly smoothed away not even half a minute
