Pros

Nail file leaves your nails so smooth and doesn't damage your nails. Shapes nails perfectly, lasts forever and love this nail file.

The only difference between that and the one that's been in use 9 + years is the one has less of the cute little gem stones on the handle. This is a great price, and it really works.

Cons

Received with cap glued to base and the file snapped into 2 pieces. The adhesive side on on both ends of the case is now rough and discolored instead of sleek and shiny. It is smooth, indicating the textured filing surface has been rubbed off.
