Pros
Water alone does get rid of painful leg cramps and charlie horse knots when you're in bed. Helps mood, muscle pain & acid reflux. I use magnesium to help prevent my migraines.
Cons
While it claims no laxative effect it is the worse side effect i’ve had while taking magnesium. Citrate and oxide is bad. I believe these caused a sneaky, limited control over, type of diarrhea.
