Pros

This stuff works definitely gets the blood flowing. The people that leave poor reviews need more then a pill. Definitely no complaints.

Take 3 before a workout and prepare to see the best pump of your life. Xt makes my muscles pump like a champ. It gives me long lasting energy and focus without overstimulating my autonomic nervous system.

Cons

There are much better options out there for nitric oxide, legion pulse preworkout for example is far superior. Buy something else from a more reputable and reliable source.
