I heat the pan at a low 3 on the stovetop lightly beat the egg lightly oil the first depression for my the egg and place the beaten egg into it and then a cube of ice in the second depression for the steam then place the back bacon in the third depression with a spot of butter and then on goes the glass lid from another pan
