It's pretty much worthless trying to charge it with the sun. Put outside in the sun for most of the day, but would not charge to my satisfaction. Returned, sorry to say.

It says it takes about 4 hours of direct sunlight to charge but it is winter and perpetually cloudy here so conditions are terrible and i cant give it a fair review

It can trickle charge with outdoor shady but typical indoor light is not enough to maintain or progress the charge

It does take several hours to fully charge the bank but no more than i would have really expected
