Made in the usa, the stitching and quality seem great. Amazon order arrives waaaay sooner. I love it so much i'm ordering this one for a friend who has cd too.

Cons

The roll flattens out within an hour and provides no neck support at all. Not soft and squishy like my pillow.

It is a maximum-filled cylinder that is very hard and unyielding. It is so tightly stuffed and at such a large diameter that it came no where close to fitting the arc of my neck. I'm not a petite person and this pillow is too big.
