Pros

The only issue i have with this product is they should warn anyone with any type of ling issue such as emphysema, copd, should take great caution when using it. This actually takes the smell out and the stain. It neutralizes the odors.

I have a pit * mix that was nightmare to potty train. They haven’t tried to pee again on those spots on the carpet.

Cons

The guarantee is worthless as it can't be returned to amazon due to it being a chemical. Ur there is no way to contact the seller to get it remedied. After posting my dissatisfaction on fb, i was told my refund was processed.

The stain still reeks. It smells like a really bad deodorizing smell. Displeased, would not dare use on fabrics at this stage.
