Have used this on occasion for a few years now. It works and my mum is over the moon. Once you get the knack of applying it actually does the job.

Apply from inside under tear duct swiping outward to edge of eye, under the eye. This is easier to apply in very small amounts but the tightness that results is much stronger and lasts longer than the runny liquid i have found.

Perfect eyes is just what it says perfect. It puffs the eyes to smooth out lines. It's not a miracle as advertised but it reduces eye bags and puffiness. It smoothes out your eye area, flattening out wrinkles, crows feet and bags too.

The downside is that it leaves a white film on your skin and you can’t put moisturiser or makeup on top of it. Caused swelling, irritation and redness. Looked in mirror and white chalky residue all over the area applied.
