Pros
Great for migraines. I heat it for 2 minutes and it lasts a long time. No odour. I start off using the flannel side and move onto the other side.
This heating pad is the best! Bought this for my mom. Would recommend. This item is exactly as described in the amazon published sales notes.
This one is more robust than my homemade baggie. Easy to store; folds neatly. My only complaint is that the bag is a tad too full with rice and flax seeds.
Cons
Not thrilled with this product. Hoping for replacement/refund given poor quality. Because this is fulfilled by amazon it cannot be replaced. The worst thing is that this product is not refundable.

The bag is also just enough filled so that the bag is not left with a noricearea nor too filled up that it is not flexible

I was a little hesitant because i came across a review that indicated the pad had perhaps too much fill making it stiff

One side is a soft flannel that retains less intense heat

I do think its quite heavy so cant imagine wanting it around my neck or on shoulders
