Looks as pictured. Yes it's loud but you set it to the spot that fits. It supports my back while feeding.
Cons
Material looks like the linty inside of old sweatpants and feels the same. It’s hideous and a waste of money. Not soft. Cheap fabric. There was no indication of type of a fabric used for slipcover.
