Bag is too stiff to flex to add more and inner picket goes to the bottom so it keeps both sides from being completely utilized

I ended up returning it and opting for the larger 17 laptop size bag

Had to return it because of some small white spots that were on the bag when it was received but ordered another one to replace it right away

I really like the bag but it came with sticky stuff on itminimal and i tried to clean it off but it wont come off

There is a tassel on it that’s lead is too short and i can’t take it off without cutting it
