My last color cartridge didnt last as long as expected and when i complained they sent out a new one and didnt even ask for the return of the questionable one

Bought one each if color and bw wanted to be sure they worked in my printerhpenvoy 4500

At first it wouldnt recognize it and then after 3 tries it recognized the ink and allowed it to work
