It still works great! Very simple to use. This product is amazing for that! This product does exactly what it says it will do. This is perfect.

This thing is ridiculously painful. It hurts more than it helps. Complete disappointment. I know a chiropractor would be able to assist, but i am in fear of an adjustment.

So i do other methods of coping with the chronic pain of this stupid disease

I knocked it down a 1 star because the product shifts from side to side
