Pros

Every can but one was dented. Brine is heavenly, makes even tuna tolerable. Higher than salmon's omega 3!

Quite thick. Not too salty, nicely firm. Next update on 9-11-20.

Cheap and very good for you. Always so convenient to have in your pantry. Good in recipes and sautés with onions and other seasoning.

Cons

Every can was dented and damaged. The flesh is coarse and does not flake easily like the chub mackerel. Made in that is what i did not pay attention.
