Pros
Great with sliced meats on crackers. A great addition to soups, anything cheesy and spaghetti sauce.
These are awesome! This is the 3rd brand i've bought on amazon, and the best. Unusual product not known to me previously. Really an awesome product and healthy as well.
The texture is like a smooth jam, the flavor is sweet and umami. Sweet and savory. Like a tender dried plum.
Cons
Maybe 1/2 of the product was damaged and not at all appetizing. There is also no best by date printed on the container when the past containers would have it. Christopher ranch sells to costco only from california.

The garlic taste and bite are gone completely and there is only an essence of sweet garlic encased in these little decadent jewels…and these beauties would take a week to make in a dehydrator
